Accessing TritonWear After Purchase

With your memberships purchased, you'll want to know how to get set up so you're ready to train when your units arrive.

Shortly after completing your purchase, be it online or through one of our Sales associates, you'll receive an email with the following:

    • A summary of your order 
    • The links to download our app on your phone or tablet
    • A link to Complete your Registration

By completing the purchase your email will already be registered with TritonWear, but you need to follow the Registration link sent via email to create a password, complete the registration process, and verify your account. You will not be able to access the app and use TritonWear until you have done this.

When completing your profile you'll be asked to provide some information about yourself. If you are not going to use TritonWear to track your own swimming, it's still best to answer these questions accurately, but this is very important if you will be swimming with TritonWear. Information such as age, gender, and height are frequently used to calculate your metrics and scores.

After you've successfully registered your account and created your profile, two things will happen:

  1. You'll receive an email asking you to verify your account. You will not be able to log in to the app until you have completed this.
  2. You will receive a series of 5 emails that will help you get the most out of your TritonWear experience. 

Once you have completed registration and verified your email, you can log in to the app on a tablet, mobile device or from a browser on your computer/laptop. From here you'll wan to get started preparing your units for their first use, creating teams, and tracking your workouts/ Live Activities.

    Tip: Another item to do while waiting for your order to arrive is to download the TritonWear app onto your Apple or Android.
