Intensity per Stroke and Intensity per Lap

Your Intensity Score will give you an overall score for how hard you worked in your latest workout. However there are some more specific tools you can look at as well: Intensity per Stroke and Intensity per lap.

Intensity per Stroke

Your overall score is a summary of all stroke types executed during your training. Your Intensity per Stroke chart will help you identify if certain strokes were done at a more intensive speed than others. In this chart, speed is the main factor and it compares it to your usual swim speeds in that stroke.

Intensity per Lap

Your overall Intensity score is a summary of all your sets, reps and laps during your training. Your Intensity per lap chart will help you identify if certain laps were done at more intensive speed than others. In this chart, speed is the main factor and it compares it to your usual swim speeds. This is a great tool for comparing your actual performance to your training plan. You should be able to identify warm ups, cool downs and more intensive sets within the flow of the chart easily.
