Discover how to dive into your Feed and understand the different types of activity cards, whether they're for individual or team workouts.
Understanding Activity cards
When you look at an individual’s Feed—whether it’s your own or another athlete’s from the team, you’ll encounter two types of activity cards:
1. Individual Activities
-
What You’ll See: For individual workouts, each card provides details like the pool length, total workout distance and duration, stroke type distribution, and training zone breakdown. If Heart Rate data was captured, you’ll also see the average, minimum, and maximum Heart Rate for the session.
-
What You Can Do: Dive deeper by exploring the workout's Readiness, Focus, and Intensity scores along with more workout details. This information helps you understand an athlete’s session at a glance.
On mobile, you'll need to swipe through three panels to view all of this, while on larger screens like tablets or your computer you'll see it all at the same time.
