How do I re-invite a former athlete?

Re-inviting an athlete to your team follows the same process as adding an athlete for the first time. Athlete data will also be restored upon re-inviting the athlete back on to your team.

To invite an athlete using a computer or tablet:

  1. Navigate to the Team Settings page of TritonWear Insights. To do so, click your name at the top right corner of the screen, and select Team & Licenses from the dropdown.
  2. Scroll down until you see Your Athlete Profiles, and click Add New beside the header.
  3. Choose the profile type from the dropdown, input the athlete's email address, and click Invite Athlete.
  4. The athlete will receive an email inviting them to register to your team.

To invite an athlete using a mobile phone:

  1. Navigate to the Athlete Profiles page of TritonWear Insights. To do so, click the menu icon (3 horizontal lines) at the top left corner of your Dashboard, and select Settings/Profile.
  2. Select Athlete Profiles under Your Team. Tap the + icon on the top right of the page.
  3. Choose the profile type from the dropdown, input the athlete's email address, and click Save.
  4. The athlete will receive an email inviting them to register to your team.

If you have no profiles available, you can reassign a profile that's currently assigned to a different athlete — keeping in mind that you can only reassign a profile once per month.
