How to Remove Devices From Your Account
Need to kick a device off your TritonWear account? Here’s how to free up a spot in seconds.
How to Disable a Device (remove from your membership)
You’d do this if: the device is faulty, no longer in use, or you need to free up space to activate a new one.
For Triton Units

Find the unit’s row.

Tap the gear icon
on the right of the swimmer's card.
- Select Disable Unit and you’ll get a pop-up:

This unit will no longer be on your account, so it will be unassigned from ''First Last Name''.
What about their heart rate monitor?
Keep it assigned: they’re getting a different Triton unit.
Unassign it: I’ll assign it to someone else.
[Go Back] [Confirm]
Pick what fits your plan and confirm.
For HRMs

Above the HRM list, look for the little link showing the number of heart rate monitors (e.g. “4 HRMs in use”).

Click that to open the full HRM management modal.

Find the HRM you want to remove.

Tap the trash can icon on the left of that HRM’s card.
And that’s it the HRM is now out of your account and that membership spot is freed up.
