How to Remove Devices From Your Account

Need to kick a device off your TritonWear account? Here’s how to free up a spot in seconds.

How to Disable a Device (remove from your membership)

You’d do this if: the device is faulty, no longer in use, or you need to free up space to activate a new one.

For Triton Units

Disable unit-1

  • Find the unit’s row.

  • Tap the gear icon Untitled design-1on the right of the swimmer's card.

  • Select Disable Unit and you’ll get a pop-up:

This unit will no longer be on your account, so it will be unassigned from ''First Last Name''.
What about their heart rate monitor?

  • Keep it assigned: they’re getting a different Triton unit.

  • Unassign it: I’ll assign it to someone else.
    [Go Back] [Confirm]

Pick what fits your plan and confirm.


For HRMs

  • Above the HRM list, look for the little link showing the number of heart rate monitors (e.g. “4 HRMs in use”).

  • Click that to open the full HRM management modal.

  • Find the HRM you want to remove.

  • Tap the trash can icon on the left of that HRM’s card.

And that’s it the HRM is now out of your account and that membership spot is freed up.
