How to Unassign a Heart Rate Monitor from a Swimmer

  Use the mobile app to remove a swimmer from a Heart Rate Monitor, while keeping the device active so it can be assigned to someone else.
• Unassigning a Heart Rate Monitor (Desktop)
  Use the web app to remove a swimmer from a Heart Rate Monitor, while keeping the device active for another user.

How to Unassign a Heart Rate Monitor (Mobile App)

1. Open the TritonWear App on your phone or iPad. 
2. Tap the Account Management icon from the blue navigation bar. 
3. Scroll to the list and find the Heart Rate monitor you want to remove.
4. Hit the gear icon on the right of the swimmer's card
5. Select Un-assign HRM device 
   • A pop-up will appear confirming:
     “This [Swimmer Name] will be unassigned from this Heart Rate Monitor.”
     Hit Confirm to complete the action.
     
     

How to Unassign a Heart Rate Monitor (Desktop)

1. Log in to the TritonWear Web App on your computer.
2. Click the Account Management icon from the blue navigation bar. 
3. Scroll to the list and find the Heart Rate monitor you want to remove.
4. Click the trash can icon on the right of the swimmer's card
5. Select Un-assign HRM device 
   • A pop-up will appear confirming:
     “This [Swimmer Name] will be unassigned from this Heart Rate Monitor.”
     Hit Confirm to complete the action.
