Your home page is a beast you can explore as yourself or your favourite team.
As the main page, this one packs a punch! On this page you'll find a combination of these elements, depending which view you're looking at:
- Default View toggle - select how the page loads, your own feed, or your favourite team
- Training calendar - The icon will open a calendar where you can see how consistent you are with tracking training. You can click any day to filter the feed to that specific day
- Activity Feed - either your own activities or the activities and members of your favourite team with access to workout details
- Add and view manual workouts
- Access most recent Readiness, Focus or Intensity scores
- Access team members view
Let's explore what makes these views different.
Default View: Team
With this view enabled, you'll have access to:
- Team training calendar: highlighting days where team activities took place
- Team dropdown: select which of your teams activities to display,
- 'Activities Feed' and 'Members' tabs.
- Activities feed shows team-run activities for team members based on their privacy settings and your team role.
- Selecting the members tab will enable you to browse through the user of the team and dive into their individual data.
- You will not have the option to add a workout, and you can only access manually entered workouts and Readiness, Focus, or Intensity by selecting a team member from the Member's page
If you're not swimming with TritonWear, the first thing you'll want to do is switch the toggle to 'Team' (to the right) and pick a default team from the dropdown. If you are swimming with TritonWear, you can choose this option or keep your default as your own activities.
Default View: Myself
This view only makes sense if you swim with Tritonwear, otherwise it will always just be a welcome to TritonWear message.
With this view, you will have access to:
- Training calendar: highlighting the days you've logged workouts (manual or tracked with TritonWear)
- Manual Workout Option: a link to add manual workouts
- Activities, Readiness, Focus and Intensity tabs
- Activities feed shows all past activities with access to the workout details
- Readiness, Focus, and Intensity will open your most recent scores
Understanding Activity cards
From an individual's activity feed (your own or access via the member's page for a team), there is only one type of card that will be visible, individual activities.
- What you can see: pool length, workout distance and duration, stroke type distribution and training zone breakdown. If Heart Rate was included, you'll also see the Average, minimum and maximum Heart Rate from the entire session
- What you can do: access the workouts' Readiness, Focus, Intensity, and details.
On mobile, you'll need to swipe through three panels to view all of this, while on larger screens like tablets or your computer you'll see it all at the same time.
Mobile Activity Card
Tablet Activity Card
When it comes to team activity cards, there are two types you may see:
- Group activities. These are activities a coach started for 2 or more members of the team
- What you can see: average Triton Score and stroke distribution for all athletes with workout ratings for the session as well as the number of participants still missing ratings. You'll also see the pool length, and average workout distance and duration.
- What you can do: access the participant's view highlighting those who haven't rated their workout yet and Triton Scores for those who have. You can also access each participant's workout details.
- Individual activities. These are workouts a coach ran for a single team member
- What you can see: pool length, workout distance and duration, stroke type distribution and training zone breakdown. If Heart Rate was included, you'll also see the Average, minimum and maximum Heart Rate from the entire session
- What you can do: access the athlete's Readiness, Focus, Intensity, and workout details.
If you're new to TritonWear or returning from a break, you may not see a full Triton Score yet. It takes a few weeks to build your evolving profile before your scores will unlock. You will also see Unsynced Activities and Manual Workouts in this feed.
