I don't see my Triton Connect in TritonWear Live. What should I do?

TritonWear Live (our mobile app) will try to auto-connect to a Triton Connect device nearby. Double check that your tablet has Bluetooth turned on (from the Settings on iOS and Android) and then return to the app. You should see a notification indicating the app has connected to your Triton Connect.  

If it doesn't auto-connect, start a New Workout from the main menu. On the connect screen, you should see a list of all Triton Connect devices in the area. Select the Triton Connect that you want from the list. The LEDs on the Triton Connect should turn red once connected.
