Don’t worry about it; it was probably just a bad internet connection. The next time you have a good internet connection, you can re-sync the data through the Settings menu on TritonWear Live (our mobile app). Otherwise, the unit will just re-sync the data after the next workout is complete.
The more data you have on your tablet the greater the impact on performance. We recommend syncing the data after every practice to clean up the database on TritonWear Live and ensure smooth performance.
