TritonWear's Algorithms will automatically analyze your training and give you Scores to tell you how well you trained. If you are new, keep swimming to unlock these.
To generate your Readiness, Focus and Intensity Scores, TritonWear needs to learn about you, establishing your average speed, performance, and training habits. Your scores will start unlocking as soon as after your first workout and your evolving profile established following a full month of consistent use.
To make the most out of your data, use TritonWear in every training session both in and out of the pool. As TritonWear acclimates to your training it will also learn to recognize outliers, errors, and anomalous data and create a more accurate profile of who you are as a swimmer.
Readiness
Readiness will give you a score for your training load after your first workout, however this will be based solely on distance swam. After the first week tracking all of your training, it will have enough data to provide you more accurate score, taking into account your workout ratings and previous training. With that said, it isn't until 28 days of consistent training that it will have a full picture of your usual training load, and be a reliable score in estimating injury risk. Recording all non-pool activities as Manual Workouts and rating every workout afterward will help your readiness be most accurate.
Focus
For Focus to evaluate your skills it needs time to learn about your swimming. To begin it needs to see at least 20 laps of a given stroke type over the course of 5 separate practices. Each stroke type will unlock as you complete 20 laps to provide your stroke score and associated Focus metrics. If there is a stroke type you never practice, you will never get a score for it. Just like with Readiness, twenty laps is just the beginning. The more swims you track, the better it learns your movements, style, and averages, and the more accurate it will become.
Intensity
Intensity, like Readiness, will give you a score immediately. However, it will be based solely on Distance and Active vs Rest time. Your Energy tab will unlock at the same time as Focus, as they both require the same prerequisites to create an average profile of you as a swimmer.
Triton Score
Your Triton Score is a combination of the three scores above. At first, your Triton Score will only reflect your Readiness and Intensity scores, but after you have tracked 5 swims with TritonWear you should start to unlock Focus and the rest of Intensity, and begin to see a more complete Triton Score.
