How can I quickly mark and recall specific sets (e.g. test sets)?

You can mark sets by giving them tags. There are two types of tags in TritonWear Insights - public tags, and private tags:

  • Public Tags - Public tags are tags that can be seen by anybody that has access to the set. This would be all the coaches in the organization as well as the swimmer who's set is being tagged.
  • Private Tags - Private tags can only be seen by the user who is adding that tag to the set. The other users (coaches or athletes) will not see the tag on the set.

The tags that are on a set can be seen on the right sidebar when accessing from a computer or tablet, or by clicking the horizontal ellipsis (3 dots) when viewing on mobile.

Tags are split into two categories - Tagged by Others, and Tagged by You. Tagged by Others shows public tags from other users, while Tagged by You shows you your public and private tags.

To tag a set from your computer or tablet:

  1. Select the set you want to tag and click the Edit icon (pencil) from the column on the right drawer, under the tags header. NOTE: If you are on a smaller resolution monitor, you will have to click the tag icon to open the right drawer (see image below).
  2. The Edit Tags dialog will pop up, allowing you to select from your most used tags or create a new tag.
  3. Enter a new tag, and set the public / private state but clicking on the eye icon. By default, new tags are set to public.
  4. Click Save.

You can search for tagged sets from the search bar at the top of the screen, or use them as a filter on the Workout Results or Compare Athletes pages.
